​Ellie’s Canine Rescue and Rehome are a not for profit rescue based in Wellington. Since 2019-2025 we have rehomed over 1500 puppies and dogs. We have a strong community focus and offer free desexing and food to those that cannot afford it. All of our dogs are carefully placed into volunteer foster homes where they are taught the basics and cared for until adopted. All our dogs are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flead and wormed before adoption.
